A great way to get rid of that left-over turkey. With noodles and cheese they won't mind their eating turkey again. :)

Ingredients
  • 1 -12oz. package of home style noodles
  • 1- 10 3/4 0z. can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cedar cheese
  • 1/1/2 cups turkey, cooked and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2 TBS. pimiento (optional)
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 TBS. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBS fresh parsley or 1TBS. dried parsley

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain.
  3. Combine soup, milk, water, cheddar cheese in a 3 quart sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts and sauce is hot.
  4. Stir in cooked noodles, turkey, pimiento, peas and carrots.
  5. Spoon mixture into a greased 113/4 x 7i/2 inch baking dish.
  6. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Srinkle over top.
  7. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
