Pecan cake

- 2cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 5 cups pecans shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Cream together Sugar,Butter,Eggs.
- Add Lemon and Vanilla.
- Add Flour ,mix well. \
- Take Pecans and Chop in Blender a cup at a time
- .Mix into batter,pour into greased (sprayed) tube pan.
- Bake at 250 for 2 1/2 hrs.
