Fat Butt Taters

- 2 cans cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 16oz sour cream ( u won't use it all) shopping list
- 2 lbs. shredded frozen hashbrowns thawed shopping list
- 1 cup choppped onion shopping list
- 2 lbs shredded cheddar chesse shopping list
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- Optional 1 16 oz jar of mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-Heat oven to 375
- Melt butter
- Mix togeher soup, sour cream, chopped onion potato & chesse. I general add my own seasionings at this point use whatever you are comfortable with.
- Transfer mixture to a large casserole dish
- Top with cornflakes & pour melted butter over
- Bake 30-40 mins
