Cheddar Apple Breakfast Lasagna

- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 12 slices French toast (can be made the night before; cuts down prep time) shopping list
- 8 oz. sliced boiled ham shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided shopping list
- 1 20 oz. can apple pie filling shopping list
- 1 cup granola with raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Ahead of time; stir together sour cream and brown sugar; chill.
- Grease a 9x13 pan; heat oven to 350.
- Place 6 slices of French toast in pan, covering bottom.
- Layer ham, 2 cups of cheese, and rest of toast.
- Spread apple pie filling over top, sprinkle with granola.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with rest of cheese, and bake 5 more minutes.
- Top with sour cream mixture at table.
