Willingly passed on to me by a friend, this is really close to the real thing (Ed thinks it IS the real thing)!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
- 6 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
- Dash salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a spice grinder OR small food processor.
- Grind well.
- Store in a glass jar.
