How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Brown ground beef in skillet until it crumbles and is no longer pink, drain and return to skillet.
  • Stir in chopped tomatoes and next 4 ingrediant; cook 5 minutes Add tomato paste and bay leaf, simmer 30 minutes.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  • In large bowl mix green onions with sour cream, add egg noodles mixing well.
  • Place noodles in bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan, top with beef mixture and cover with cheese evenly.
  • Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for 5 additional minutes.
  • Enjoy ;)

    I've made this before a couple years ago. I found it in a magazine, and it was yummy. Have you tried chicken Lombardi? Oh my goodness it is delicious. I am gonna be posting it soon.
