Beef Lombardi

- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 14.5 can chopped tomatoes-undrained shopping list
- 1 10 ounce can rotel, undrained shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper shopping list
- 1 six ounce can of tomato paste shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1 6 ounce of medium egg noodles shopping list
- 6 green onions chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown ground beef in skillet until it crumbles and is no longer pink, drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes and next 4 ingrediant; cook 5 minutes Add tomato paste and bay leaf, simmer 30 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In large bowl mix green onions with sour cream, add egg noodles mixing well.
- Place noodles in bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan, top with beef mixture and cover with cheese evenly.
- Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 5 additional minutes.
- Enjoy ;)
