    P.S. I would love to be your cooking friend. I would have a lot more recipes posted if I weren't so lazy. I can still smell that rice. Yum! You are right....it is good cold.

    Well, Crystal, I didn't have this 4 days ago, but I did tonight. It was just as I expected......delish! I don't know why I haven't thought to make this combination, having cooked for so many years. DH and I made piggies of ourselves. Thanks again.

    I must try this tomorrow. I am going to top it with baked talapia when I serve it. Can't wait. Been trying to eat a little lighter since Christmas. This is perfect.
