Ingredients

1 frozen deep pie shell

1 cup frozen small chopped broccoli

4 eggs unbeaten

1 1 cup Ricotta cheese

3 Tbl. flour

1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

1 onion chopped

3 Tbl. butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw broccoli by placing in a colander and running hot water over it. Drain well. Have all other ingredients at room temperature. In a mixing bowl beat broccoli, eggs, ricotta, flour, cheese, onion and butter. Pour into pie crust and bake 1 hr or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
