Polish Chicken And Dumplings Recipe
This is an easy, weeknight supper. A real kid pleaser at our house!!! Never any leftovers!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste
  • 12-14 frozen potato and cheese pierogis
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non stick spray.
  3. In microwave safe bowl, combine chicken, soup, salt and pepper.
  4. Heat for one or two minutes in microwave just to warm.
  5. Meanwhile, thaw pierogis in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  6. Drain pierogis and place in casserole dish.
  7. Place 2 tablespoons butter on top of warm pierogis.
  8. Spread chicken mixture on top of pierogis.
  9. Place remaining 2 Tablespoons butter on top of chicken mixture.
  10. Pour milk over all.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
