Ebs Venison Stew Recipe
If you're tired of the same old stew you may want to try this! You may want to make a pan of Corn Bread as well. My family loves it; and they don't eat venison! They think!!!

Ingredients
  • 2 Lbs Venison Loin
  • 4 Medium Sweet Potatoes Chopped
  • 4 Medium Irish Potatoes Chopped
  • 1 Pack of Onion Gravy Mix
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped Pecans
  • 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 6 cups of water

Directions
  1. Brown Venison Loin in frying pan with Olive Oil.
  2. Once you've browned the loin; place it in a crock pot.
  3. Pour 1 cup of water in the frying pan with the onion gravy mix and re-Heat to a boil scraping the pan; then pour over the loin.
  4. Pour in 5 cups of water in the crock pot over the loin.
  5. Cook for 2 hours on high setting (300 degrees)
  6. Add Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Onion, Salt, Pepper, and Pecans
  7. Cook 1 more hour on low and your done.
