Ingredients

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1 large ripe tomato, sliced 3/4" thick

1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

2 tablespoons fresh bail, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions

Spread the spinach leaves on a serving plate.

Places tomato slices on the bed of spinach.

Top each tomato slice with a slice of fresh mozzarella.

Sprinkle basil over the salad.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Mmmmmmmmmm!
