How to make it

  • Spread the spinach leaves on a serving plate.
  • Places tomato slices on the bed of spinach.
  • Top each tomato slice with a slice of fresh mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle basil over the salad.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Mmmmmmmmmm!

    Thank you, sagami! I'm assuming that you can use whatever spinach you find in your grocery. I've used mature spinach in salads before and it was fine. Thanks so much for the forks!
