How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Quarter the stack of corn tortillas
  • Arrange pieces on cookie sheets, dont worry if they overlap some
  • Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown
  • You'll have several iterations depending on the number of cookie sheets you use
  • Slide onto a large bowl and let cool on their own. Can be served warm or cool.
  • For flavored ones, squeeze lime juice over tortilla wedges prior to baking and sprinkle salt on 'em. Bake as normal.
  • These also make great lunch snacks for work, and are better for you than the snack machine stuff.

I'm going to try this one too. My husband loves cornchips and salsa, I'll have to test it out on him. Thanks-Lori
