Creamy Prawns in Noodle Nests

- 1 slice of lean bacon - chopped into small pieces shopping list
- 2 Tblspn sour cream shopping list
- 100g fresh egg noodles shopping list
- 2 Tblspn oil shopping list
- 24 medium size cooked prawns - peeled shopping list
- 1 Tblspn alfalfa sprouts shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Oil well 24 mini muffin pan cups
- Cook bacon in pan until crisp, drain grease & cool
- Combine bacon with sour cream
- Place noodles in bowl, cover with hot water & let stand 5 mins
- Drain well
- Divide noodles between prepared mini muffin cups & press firmly into cups
- Brush lightly & evenly with oil
- Bake for about 15 mins or until crisp
- Remove nests from pans & turn upside down on wire rack
- Place wire rack on baking tray & return to oven for about 5 mins or until nests are crisp
- Cool to room temperature
- Just before serving, top each nest with a prawn, sour cream mixture & sprouts.

- Nests can be made up to 3 days ahead & stored in an airtight container
