Apple And Fennel Salad

- 1 large fennel bulb, stems and leaves shopping list
- 1 to 2 large red skinned crisp sweet apples shopping list
- chopped walnuts as desired shopping list
- light olive oil to moisten shopping list
- honey to taste shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut off root part of fennel, chop the bulb and stems finely ( I used food processor ) reserve the fringy leaves
- chop the apple in the same consistency
- Mix apple and fennel together with some chooped walnuts
- Moisten all with olive oil
- Sweeten with honey
- salt and ppper to taste
- Best serve the first one to 2 days, after that still great but loses some crispness
- Place in bowl and garish with fennel fronds
- Serve well chilled
