A tasty cabbage casserole. Same flavor as cabbage rolls but easier !

Ingredients
  • 1- 10 oz. bag shredded cabbage
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1/4 C. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 C. Minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook cabbage, onion, dressing in large skillet on medium heat until tender, 5-10 minutes
  3. Stir in salt and garlic. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Add meat to skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in rice, soup, and water until well blended.
  6. Layer 1/3 cabbage mixture and 1/2 meat mixture to large baking dish. Repeat layers; top with remaining cabbage mixture and cover with foil.
  7. Bake 1 hour
