How to make it

  • Combine cream, blue and American spread cheeses in bowl with cream.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Add the worcestershire, onion, olives and parsley.
  • Cover.
  • Chill overnight.
  • Shape into ball.
  • Serve with your favorite cracker, etc.

    It's not very hard, leonora. Try to make sure the cheese is cold enough to make into a ball and voila! a cheeseball... Enjoy.

    all we need is cheese la la la la la all we need is cheese everybody.... lol! And ya know, know, it IS wonderful. Yeah, the blue comes as a bit of a surprise ingredients, doesn't it?
