This is good! You can almost taste each different cheese as you eat it. Pretty darned simple to make also!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 5 ounces sharp American cheese spread
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced

Directions
  1. Combine cream, blue and American spread cheeses in bowl with cream.
  2. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add the worcestershire, onion, olives and parsley.
  4. Cover.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. Shape into ball.
  7. Serve with your favorite cracker, etc.

All we need is cheese la la la la la all we need is cheese everybody.... lol! And ya know, know, it IS wonderful. Yeah, the blue comes as a bit of a surprise ingredients, doesn't it?

It's not very hard, leonora. Try to make sure the cheese is cold enough to make into a ball and voila! a cheeseball... Enjoy.
