Three-cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled

5 ounces sharp American cheese spread

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon onion, minced

1 tablespoon pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped

2 tablespoons parsley, minced

Directions

Combine cream, blue and American spread cheeses in bowl with cream.

Beat until smooth.

Add the worcestershire, onion, olives and parsley.

Cover.

Chill overnight.

Shape into ball.

Serve with your favorite cracker, etc.

It's not very hard, leonora. Try to make sure the cheese is cold enough to make into a ball and voila! a cheeseball... Enjoy.
