Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2/3 C melted butter

1 2/3 C granulated sugar

3 eggs

1 1/4 C crushed bananas (3 bananas)

2 1/4 C flour

1 1/4 t baking powder

1 1/4 t baking soda

2/3 C buttermilk (milk also works)

nuts if desired

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix all indredients in a large bowl

Blend cake mixture until smooth

Pour batter in a 9"x13" baking pan

Bake in oven for 45 minutes
