Banana Cake Recipe

This cake has a great moisture texture to it, great tasting. This was the first cake I made for my in-laws and they just loved it. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 2/3 C melted butter
- 1 2/3 C granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 C crushed bananas (3 bananas)
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 1 1/4 t baking powder
- 1 1/4 t baking soda
- 2/3 C buttermilk (milk also works)
- nuts if desired
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all indredients in a large bowl
- Blend cake mixture until smooth
- Pour batter in a 9"x13" baking pan
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes
