Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt the chocolate w/ milk in bain mary,
  • mix butter with sugar and yolks till pluffy
  • blend in the chocolate mixture.
  • mix in the flour gently
  • beat eggwhites till soft peaks form adding 1/4 tspoon of salt
  • mix into the chocolate mixture with cut and fold version
  • transfer to the cake pan lined with waxed paper and bake with the medium heat, it depends of your oven for about 20 to 25 minutes
  • this cake results thin, umid and moist . so cool and u can decorate with whipped cream, pealed chocolates or white chocolate crumbles..

    You mean 170C I think. About 340F. What size should the baking pan be?
