Moist Chocolate Cake

- 100 gr butter shopping list
- , 100 grms sugar shopping list
- , 50 grms flour shopping list
- , 3 eggs shopping list
- ,50ml fresh milk, shopping list
- 250 GRMS milk chocolate or half milk chocolate, half bitter chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the chocolate w/ milk in bain mary,
- mix butter with sugar and yolks till pluffy
- blend in the chocolate mixture.
- mix in the flour gently
- beat eggwhites till soft peaks form adding 1/4 tspoon of salt
- mix into the chocolate mixture with cut and fold version
- transfer to the cake pan lined with waxed paper and bake with the medium heat, it depends of your oven for about 20 to 25 minutes
- this cake results thin, umid and moist . so cool and u can decorate with whipped cream, pealed chocolates or white chocolate crumbles..

You mean 170C I think. About 340F. What size should the baking pan be?
