Ingredients
  • 100 gr butter
  • , 100 grms sugar
  • , 50 grms flour
  • , 3 eggs
  • ,50ml fresh milk,
  • 250 GRMS MILK CHOCOLATE or half milk chocolate, half bitter chocolate

Directions
  1. Melt the chocolate w/ milk in bain mary,
  2. mix butter with sugar and yolks till pluffy
  3. blend in the chocolate mixture.
  4. mix in the flour gently
  5. beat eggwhites till soft peaks form adding 1/4 tspoon of salt
  6. mix into the chocolate mixture with cut and fold version
  7. transfer to the cake pan lined with waxed paper and bake with the medium heat, it depends of your oven for about 20 to 25 minutes
  8. this cake results thin, umid and moist . so cool and u can decorate with whipped cream, pealed chocolates or white chocolate crumbles..

You mean 170C I think. About 340F. What size should the baking pan be?


Thank you for a wonderful recipe. I will bake it in a 350F degree oven and it should work out fine.
