The mix of the peppers with the pepperoni make this a diffrent dish. I usually use half and half in place of the cream... the choice is yours. ENJOY

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces penne or tubular pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon leaf rosemary, crumbled
  • 8 ounces thin sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup SMALL pepperoncini peppers. About 15-17
  • If you use larger, cut in rings
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained and coarse chopped. (7oz)
  • 3 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese.

Directions
  1. Arrange the pasta in a 10 inch skillet.
  2. Sprinkle with rosemary
  3. Layer on the pepperoni and the peppers
  4. Pour the boiling water over all in skillet.
  5. Cover and bring to a full boil.
  6. Cook the mixture with a medium boil, not a simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  7. Stir in the cream, and the cheese
  8. Reheat gently, low simmer.
  9. Serve and ENJOY!
