3 PEPPERS PASTA

- 12 ounces penne or tubular pasta shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon leaf rosemary, crumbled shopping list
- 8 ounces thin sliced pepperoni shopping list
- 1/2 cup SMALL pepperoncini peppers. About 15-17 shopping list
- If you use larger, cut in rings shopping list
- 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained and coarse chopped. (7oz) shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup grated Romano or parmesan cheese. shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange the pasta in a 10 inch skillet.
- Sprinkle with rosemary
- Layer on the pepperoni and the peppers
- Pour the boiling water over all in skillet.
- Cover and bring to a full boil.
- Cook the mixture with a medium boil, not a simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the cream, and the cheese
- Reheat gently, low simmer.
- Serve and ENJOY!
