Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu

- SHORTCUT chicken CORDON BLEU shopping list
- 1 TBS. margarine or butter shopping list
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves (about 1 pound) shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup ( can use fat free soup) shopping list
- 2 TBS. water shopping list
- 2 TBS. chablis or other dry wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup sredded swiss cheese (2 oz.) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham shopping list
- 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles (about 3 cups). shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.
- Add soup. water , wine, cheese and ham. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low, Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot noodles.
