  • SHORTCUT CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
  • 1 TBS. margarine or butter
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves (about 1 pound)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup ( can use fat free soup)
  • 2 TBS. water
  • 2 TBS. Chablis or other dry wine
  • 1/2 cup sredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles (about 3 cups).

Directions
  1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.
  2. Add soup. water , wine, cheese and ham. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low, Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot noodles.
