Taco Soup

- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium, chopped yellow onion shopping list
- 2 cans whole kernel corn shopping list
- 2 cans diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can black beans shopping list
- 1 can pinto beans shopping list
- 1 cup green chiles (or jalapena's if you want the kick) shopping list
- 1 package ranch dressing mix shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 package tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the ground beef and chopped onion together and drain.
- Add the corn, tomatoes, black beans, pinto beans, and chiles, and ranch dressing (including the juices from each). Stir well.
- Simmer for 30 minutes. Top with the avocado slices and grated cheese, serve with tortilla chips.
