How to make it

  • Brown the ground beef and chopped onion together and drain.
  • Add the corn, tomatoes, black beans, pinto beans, and chiles, and ranch dressing (including the juices from each). Stir well.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes. Top with the avocado slices and grated cheese, serve with tortilla chips.
