- Guilt Free Alfredo shopping list
- 1 can (141/2 oz.) Swanson’s chicken broth (1 ¾ cups) shopping list
- ¼ cup all purpose flour shopping list
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder OR 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- ¼ tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 6 cups hot cooked linguine (about 12 oz., uncooked) cooked without salt shopping list
- 6 TBS. grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Toss with pasta and 4 TBS. cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
- Note: 3g fat per serving
- Traditional Fettuccini Alfredo 17g fat per serving.
