How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Toss with pasta and 4 TBS. cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
  • Note: 3g fat per serving
  • Traditional Fettuccini Alfredo 17g fat per serving.
