  • Guilt Free Alfredo
  • 1 can (141/2 oz.) Swanson’s chicken broth (1 ¾ cups)
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder OR 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp. Black pepper
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 6 cups hot cooked linguine (about 12 oz., uncooked) cooked without salt
  • 6 TBS. grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped fresh parsley

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Toss with pasta and 4 TBS. cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
  3. Note: 3g fat per serving
  4. Traditional Fettuccini Alfredo 17g fat per serving.
