Thanks for the compliment on my Prosciutto Appetizer cups. You must have a little Minnesota hidden in you. This is typical Hot Dish that Minnesota is famous for. So well known that our local high school created an original musical called "Halleluya Hot Dish"

My nephew loves tater tot casserole and will bring the tater tots just so I will make it for him. He won't allow me to add the veggies though. I sneak the onions by him. LOL

This is one of my familys favorite meals!!! If we add vegies it is usually peas though. Great Post!!!

I LOVE THESE THROW TOGETHER AND SHOVE IT IN THE OVEN RECIPES!THEY ARE USUALLY THE TASTIEST!
GREAT POST! THANKS! CAROL LEE

Long reply to many at one time here... forgive me! First, thanks for the 5's here. guys. Julia, you are still pretty easy with my dishes. Tink, yes! I am trying to make you hungry. I do have a sister-in-law from Bimidgi (sp), darlene. Maybe my "hot pot" mind set comes from her. Mrtn, keep up the good work with that nephew. Squirrel in some veggies and maybe he won't notice! Dragon, peas may just be my favorite although succotash comes in a close second. And last but not least, lee... yep the "shove it in the oven" dishes are great always keeping in mind those "one pot wonders" too. Thanks for being my friends, guys. Since I'm starting to feel better I'll be here more often again!
Lorraine
