This is one of the quickies to make during the holiday rush! Good and easy and simply pleasing is what I say!

Ingredients
  • 1 whole store bought roasted chicken from the deli
  • 2 boxes stove top chicken or corn bread dressing(prepare according to package directions)
  • 1 package frozen seasoning mix(onions and celery)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 packages chicken gravy mix

Directions
  1. remove meat from chicken and chop.
  2. Prepare packages of stove top according to package directions and place in large casserole dish.
  3. In skillet over med. heat, saute onion seasonings in butter until tender(about 2 minutes)
  4. Spoon on top of stuffing.
  5. Place chicken over stuffing mixture.
  6. Make gravy according to directions and spoon over chicken.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot.
  8. Serve!
