Fireball Beer Meatballs

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrums shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 of an onion minced shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp Franks hot sauce shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1/2 cup Franks' hot sauce shopping list
- 1 cup ketsup shopping list
- 3/4 cup beer, any kind shopping list
How to make it
- Combine meatball ingrdients, mix well and shape into 1 inch balls
- Bake in a 400F oven about 10 minutes or cooked through
- In a pot, combine sauce ingredients and simmer 10 minutes until a bit thickened.
- ASdd meatballs, stir to coat and heat through for 5 minutes.
- Place in chafing dish for serving
