Panfriedbaked Mackerel Kebabs

THIS DISH IS SO SIMPLE TO PREPARE GOES PERFECTLY WITH PLAIN RICE OR POLENTA.
Ingredients
- 300 GRMS MACKEREL FILLET OR fish fillet(CUT INTO 2CM CUBES) shopping list
- 50 grms onion cut into pieces shopping list
- 50grms green bellpepper( cut into cubes) shopping list
- 50 grm red bellpepper cut into cubes shopping list
- 50 grms button mushrooms shopping list
- oil fopr brushing shopping list
- MARINADE: shopping list
- 4TBSPOON LEEKUMKEE HOISEN SAUCE shopping list
- 2 TBSPOON peanut butter shopping list
- 3 TBSPOON oil shopping list
- hot pepper powder, garlic powder (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- 1) marinate mackerel fillet for 30 m,inutes
- 2) alternate fish, greenbellpepper, redbellpepper, buttonmushrooms and onion on skewers. bake in 200C degrees preheated oven for 15 minutes or tuill done.
- 3) turn every 5 minutes and brush with oil
- SO ENJOY EATING UR SIMPLE MACKEREL KEBABS
