Applesauce Fruit  And Nut Loaves Recipe
Another of my mini loaf recipes which can be changed from applesauce to pumpkin!!

Ingredients
  • Bowl One:
  • 2 cups thick applesauce or 2 cups canned plain pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla butternut flavor ( or almond or vanila )
  • Bowl two:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice or
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Fruit and Nut Mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup dark raisins

Directions
  1. Mix well bowl one, Mix well bowl two,
  2. Mix both together to blend well.
  3. Stir in fruits and nuts
  4. Divide batter into 6 mini loaves ( greased and floured )
  5. or 2 larger loaf pans
  6. Bake in a 350 F oven 25 to20 minutes or golden and tested done.
  7. Remove from pans after 5 to 10 minutes, cool on rack
  8. When cold wrap in foil to mellow overnight
  9. Freeze if desired !
