Steak Salad Martini Recipe

How to make it

  • Place beef in marinade and let set 6 hours in refrigerator
  • Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade.
  • Grill steak 10 minutes or 130F for medium rare.
  • Let rest 10 minutes and slice or cut into cubes
  • Combine slad dressing ingredients.
  • Asemble greens on 6 plates, top with steak, cheese, bacon, almonds, onions and tomatoes.
  • Drizzle on dressing
