How to make it

  • Pre heat the oven at 200 deg C .
  • Grease and line 2 round pans .
  • Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peak form and set aside .
  • Beat the sugar and margarine until creamy .
  • Now add the yolks and essence until it mix well .
  • Add half of the dry ing along with half of the juice .
  • Beat 30 secs .
  • Add the rest of the dry ing and juice .
  • Mix the syrup in .
  • Fold in the egg whites .
  • Pour in the tin and bake for 20 mins .
  • Mix the filling and soread on top of a layer .
  • Keep the other layer on top .
  • Microwave the cream and add the chocolate .
  • Beat it after 5 mins and pour over the cake evenly .
  • Now decorate and chill until ready to serve .
