Ingredients
  • 2 (18 ounces) bottles barbeque sauce
  • 15 ounces pineapple chunks
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix together barbeque sauce, pineapple WITH juice, green bell pepper, onion and garlic.
  2. Arrange four of the chicken breasts halves in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour half the sauce over the chicken in the crock.
  4. Place remaining chicken in crock.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over all.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
