How to make it

  • Lay the ham slices on a flat surface and spread with cream cheese. Place one pickle on each ham slice.
  • Roll the ham slices tightly.
  • Cut into bite sized pieces and serve, or chill until time to serve.

    They are addictive little things! We have to make them every holiday or party...use dried beef, too - it's the pickle that finishes it off with the crispy, salty flavor.
