Ingredients

6 slices pre cooked ham lunchmeat slices (don't use the cheap stuff)

6 Dill pickles

8 oz. cream cheese

Directions

Lay the ham slices on a flat surface and spread with cream cheese. Place one pickle on each ham slice.

Roll the ham slices tightly.

Cut into bite sized pieces and serve, or chill until time to serve.

They are addictive little things! We have to make them every holiday or party...use dried beef, too - it's the pickle that finishes it off with the crispy, salty flavor.
