CHICKEN PADELLA

THIS DISH IS SPICY, TASTY AND GOES PERFECTLY WITH PLAIN RICE...
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken ABOUT 1 KG shopping list
- seasoning oil shopping list
- 1 SMALL CAN OF tomatoE SAUCE shopping list
- 1 TSPOON peanut butter, 3 TBSPOONS OF LIVERSPREAD shopping list
- 1 SPOON OF CHEESEMELT shopping list
- 1 CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 1 cloves garlic OR garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 CUP OF banana KETCHUP OR NORMAL shopping list
- SAL T TO TASTE shopping list
- hot red pepper OR black pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- 2 SPOONFULL OF soy sauce shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper(OPTIONAL) shopping list
- 1 TBSPOON OF breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces.
- get a wok and saute garlic and onion IN OIL
- mix in the chicken meat and cook 'till light brown
- add salt, pepper, peanut butter, liverspread,garlic powder and mix well
- mix in the banana ketchup, tomatoe sauce and soy sauce and mix thoroughly
- pour about 1/2 litter of water and bring to boil
- cook untill tender and add cheesemelt, mix well
- if desired u can add a strips of 1 green bellpepper and a spoon of breadcrumbs to thickens..

I guess liverspread is something like Liverwurst, or Bransweiger pate, or any other spreadable liver. This recipe has a lot of interesting ingredients in it, like banana mustard, wow! Looks unique and delicious!
