Slow Cooker Chicken Stew Lowfat Recipe
Another simple way that I make chicken stew. Serve with potato salad and hot rolls.....yum!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can lowfat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 chicken bouillion cubes
  • salt, black pepper and creole seasoning(LeBlanc's)
  • Kitchen Bouquet (about 1-2 tbs. for color)

Directions
  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and creole seasoning.
  2. Mix cans of soup, water, kitchen bouquet and 4 bouillion cubes in the crockpot.
  3. Add chicken. I don't even brown it first.
  4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours OR 4-6 hours on high
  5. until chicken is done.
  6. Serve over rice.
