Baked Cauliflower Recipe
This is a dish that an ex sister-in-law made every holiday and l love it!

Ingredients
  • 2 large heads of cauliflower
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (can use lowfat)
  • 2 cans of milk ( can use skim)
  • 4 slices of American cheese ( can use fat free)
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. You can either leave the cauliflower whole( it looks better)
  2. Or you can separate into pieces
  3. Boil until tender crisp in salted water
  4. Drain very well
  5. Put into casserole dish and top the cauliflower with the cheese slices
  6. Mix the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and milk with salt and pepper to taste
  7. Pour over the cauliflower
  8. Bake at 350 for about 20 mins or until cheese melts

I like the sounds of this. I love cauliflower. I like to steam my cauliflower in the top of my rice cooker and then add some butter or spread and parmesen cheese.
