Ingredients

How to make it

  • You can either leave the cauliflower whole( it looks better)
  • Or you can separate into pieces
  • Boil until tender crisp in salted water
  • Drain very well
  • Put into casserole dish and top the cauliflower with the cheese slices
  • Mix the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and milk with salt and pepper to taste
  • Pour over the cauliflower
  • Bake at 350 for about 20 mins or until cheese melts

    I like the sounds of this. I love cauliflower. I like to steam my cauliflower in the top of my rice cooker and then add some butter or spread and parmesen cheese.
