Apricot salsa

This salsa is kinda different I think you will enjoy the fresh taste
Ingredients
- 2/3 c Chopped fresh apricots shopping list
- OR shopping list
- 1 cn (16oz) apricots, drained and Chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c Chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 c apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 md tomato, chopped shopping list
- 1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 ts Finely chopped gingerroot shopping list
- 1/8 ts cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Combine; mix well. chill until serving time. Makes 2 cups.
