These are super easy and super yummy!! Learned this from a co-worker years ago.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter - melted
  • 1/2 table spoon vanilla
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 package cream cheese cut into 10 cubes

Directions
  1. combine sugar and cinnamon
  2. combine butter and vanilla
  3. press dough into three inch circles
  4. dip cream cheese in butter then sugar
  5. place one in each biscuit
  6. seal and form into balls
  7. dip in butter then sugar
  8. bake at 375F 14 - 18 minutes
