Baked Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Same great flavor as chicken parm, but healthier than frying!

Ingredients
  • 2lb Chicken Tenders
  • 2cu Flour
  • 2cu Bread Crumbs (seasoned)
  • 1cu Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 2cu Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8oz Marinara

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Rinse and dry the Chicken Tenders
  3. Season the flour with salt and pepper
  4. Dredge the tenders through the flour, shaking off excess
  5. Dip the tenders in the egg and cover thoroughly
  6. Combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
  7. Coat the tenders in the bread crumb mixture
  8. Arrange tenders in a greased baking sheet
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes when tops start to brown
  10. Pour marinara over the tenders and cover with the mozarella cheese
  11. Bake an additionaly 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  12. Serve over your choice of pasta
