    This is a very tasty recipe. I gave it 4-stars only because of a few excess ingredients.
    So let's start.
    One cup flour is plenty for a double recipe.
    One cup each of bread crumbs and Parmesan is plenty for a double recipe.
    Four eggs is plenty for a double recipe.
    Yes, I made a double recipe.
    Cheese and marinara worked out well even though I had to double them for the double recipe.
    Had to add 10 minutes to the bake time because of the doubled recipe.
    I served this straight up with no sides or pasta.
    Lots of good flavor going on here but I hate waste and the ingredients need adjusting.
