MACARONI SAUSAGE AND BROCCOLI BAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Thomason Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 1 package macaroni and cheese
  • 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained
  • 1 pound smoked sausage cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced

Directions
  1. Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package.
  2. Add broccoli with remaining ingredients to macaroni then mix well.
  3. Spoon mixture in ungreased casserole dish then cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
