CREAMY TUNA CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hinkle Estate in Richardson, Texas in 1997.

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces cooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 3 ounce can mushrooms drained
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients then mix well and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
