Fig Salad with Blue Cheese and Almonds

- 10 cups butter lettuce torn bite size shopping list
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup almonds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 6 black figs thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl combine the lettuce, cheese and almonds then set aside.
- In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar and mustard.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and whisk until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Divide the salad among 6 plates and arrange the figs on top.
- Serve immediately.
