How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F /190 degrees C
  • Tenderize the chicken breasts with a meat tenderizer or the blunt side of a butcher knife/meat cleaver.
  • Soak chicken breasts in egg.
  • Crush garlic cloves in heated frying pan with cooking oil, or press them over heated oil (do not throw the garlic away yet)
  • Mix bread crumbs and spices in a shallow bowl that will facilitate dipping chicken breasts.
  • Dip soaked chicken breasts in crumbs on both sides, then place on a baking sheet or an oven rack covered in aluminum/tin foil.
  • Pour the garlic/oil on the chicken breasts, placing garlic cloves on the chicken breasts, and pouring any remaining oil in the baking sheet.
  • Bake about 25-30 minute or until crumbs are brown and juice runs clear. If you are not sure, use a knife to cut into the middle of the thickest breast.
