Ingredients

How to make it

  • Break half the of the cookies in half; place in food processor and process using the on /off pulse button until fine crumbs form
  • transfer to a small bowl
  • repeat with remaining cookies
  • combine corn syrup and liqueur in a medium bowl
  • stir until well blended
  • stir in crumbs and walnuts until well blended
  • combine powdered sugar and cocoa in a small bowl
  • add 1/2 cup cocoa mixture to cookie crumb mixture stir until blended.
  • reserve remaining cocoa mixture for coating
  • shape dough into 1 inch ball with greased hands
  • place in container..cover container
  • refrigerate at least at least 3 hours or up to 3 days before serving
  • roll each ball in reserved cocoa mixture to coat
  • transfer to serving dish
  • garnish each cookie with a chocolate covered coffee beans
  • makes about 3 dozen cookies .................
