Sisters Corn Casserole

- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 stick oleo or butter shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 can whole corn, undrained shopping list
- 1 can cream corn shopping list
- 1 tabsp dried onion flakes shopping list
- chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the 2 eggs in a bowl
- Add the cheese, stir together
- Add the oleo or butter, melted
- Stir ingredients together
- Add the cornbread mix and milk alternating in small amount, mixing well after each addition
- Add the onion flakes, mix
- Add the whole corn with the liquid
- Add the cream corn
- Mix well
- Pour into greased flat casserole pan of 8 1/2 x 11 or slightly larger.
- Top with chopped fresh parsley
- Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes until firm & browned
