Real Deal Guacamole Recipe

This is simple like guacamole should be. I don't add onions as I think they can overpower it. I serve this a lot and there is never any left

Ingredients
- 2 large avocados, pitted
- 3 small tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced and seeded if you don't like as much heat
- 2-3 tbsp cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 2 limes
- salt to taste
Directions
- Scoop avocados out of their skins and mash (a fork works just fine) in a bowl, leaving them slightly chunky
- Add tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro; stir gently
- Halve one lime and squeeze juice into avocado mixture; stir gently
- add salt and additional lime juice to taste
- garnish with a sprig of cilantro
- serve immediately with flour tortillas or tortilla chips
