How to make it

  • Into a 2 cup measuring cup put about 1/2 cup black bean paste. drizzle in 1 tablespoon sesame oil. stir in enough seasoned rice vinegar to make a thick sauce. you be the judge. it should be the consistancy of bbq sauce. add 1/2 teaspoon or so of crushed red pepper. you be the judge here too. mix it thoroughly and pour it through a funnel into a glass jar. discard unused portion after two weeks.
