Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole Recipe

	easy side potatoes mashed casserole cream cheese garlic chives

Ingredients

12 potatoes cooked

8 ounce package cream cheese at room temperature

1 cup sour cream at room temperature

1 clove garlic crushed

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white pepper

1/8 cup chopped chives

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup butter

Directions

Whip potatoes then add cheese, sour cream and garlic then season with salt and pepper.

Gently stir in chives then spoon into lightly greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter then bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
