Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole

SNOWY MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Dubach Estate in Combine, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients
- 12 potatoes cooked shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream at room temperature shopping list
- 1 clove garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1/8 cup chopped chives shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Whip potatoes then add cheese, sour cream and garlic then season with salt and pepper.
- Gently stir in chives then spoon into lightly greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter then bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
