El Paso Cole Slaw Recipe

Cole Slaw mix with cheese, mex-corn, chilies , and tossed in Ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 can mex-corn, drained
- 1 cup shedded chedder
- 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 TBS. lime juice
- 1/2 tps. ground cumin
Directions
- 1. Toss cabbage, onion, chilies and corn togetger. Mix Ranch dressing, lime juice, and cumin together , Mix salad dressing and cole slaw together. Top with cheese and chill for 45 minutes.
