How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on (or buy already done).
  • Place them a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to shrimp and toss gently until coated.
  • Place them on the sheet pan and spread them in one layer.
  • Roast for 8 - 10 minutes, just until pink, firm and cooked through.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Combine all ingredients and serve with shrimp as a dip.
