Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cube potatoes for boiling and cover with water + 1”. Add bouillon and garlic cloves to the water and heat to boiling. This way the bouillon and garlic flavor permeates through the potatoes.
  • When the potatoes can easily break in pieces with a fork (approx 20 minutes), drain the potatoes/garlic and put into a large pot. Add 1 tbsp butter for each 2 potatoes that you originally cooked. Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup milk, depending on how large a batch. Mash potatoes with garlic, butter, and milk until desired creaminess.
  • These mashed potatoes have SO much flavor and are wonderfully easy to make.

I made a batch of these and they were quite tasty. I think I will add a touch more garlic next time. I'm big on tons of flavor. Thanks for the recipe!
